Nas Qalri currently ships to all areas of Khartoum, Omdurman and Bahri only.
- Your order will be delivered within (2-5) business days within the Triangle Capital (depending on the city), for example: orders received on Thursday evening, Fridays and Saturdays of each week will be shipped on the following Sunday as the first business day).
- Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays, you will find more information below about shipping options and times.
- Please note that your order cannot be delivered by the shipping company on public holidays, so these days are not counted as business days.
- If no one is available to accept the order upon delivery, you will have the option to arrange a new delivery date or obtain additional information about collecting your order from the shipping company.
- If the customer changes his address, we can send his order to an address different from the billing address. Before completing the purchase, he will also be invited to enter the billing and shipping information.
- When the operations team receives your order, an email will be sent to you containing the purchase order number and shipment number, and you can track the shipment through the shipping company’s website after receiving the tracking link.
